Only high quality heirloom seeds that have stood the test of time. We became interested in growing just heirloom vegetable and flower seeds about 10 years ago upon observing the beauty of the heirloom vegetables and flowers when compared to the hybrids.

Heirlooms are also known to produce better taste and flavor. Heirloom fruits and vegetables are known to be more nutritious. Many of these plants also have interesting histories and legends that are part of their appeal.

Did you know that if you save some seeds from your plants in the fall they will grow the same plant as the parent? With hybrid seeds you will get an entirely different plant with a different set of traits.

Heirlooms need less water and fertilizer to grow successfully since they are truly organic, natural plants. We like to grow some flowers along with the vegetables in our gardens too because it is fun and beautiful.
